What Happens to Your Money and Your Data at Subsecute

Our privacy policy and terms are published in full and you can read them. This post is the plain version, because most people will not read a legal document and still deserve a straight answer.

Your money

Any balance you hold with us sits with our licensed banking partner, not in a drawer somewhere. We use regulated partners for banking, card issuing and collections, and every movement is recorded against your account.

We charge the payment method you saved for one reason: a subscription or bill you set up, shortly before it is due. You get a reminder before each one. Nothing goes out that you did not set up.

Fees are shown at the point of the transaction, before you confirm.

Your data

We collect what we need to run the service and meet Nigerian regulatory requirements. That means your identity details for verification, your contact details, and the records of your transactions.

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

We share data with the providers who make the service work, such as our banking and card partners, and with authorities where the law requires it. Those providers are listed in the privacy policy.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are legally required to keep.
